Primary Care Enrollment Is Limited
Most physicians care for 2000 patients. The typical direct primary practice cares for 300 to 500 patients. This allows time to provide the care you deserve. Dr. Regan started Harbour Direct Primary Care so that her patients could be treated the right way. Currently, our capacity is full. You are still welcome to book wellness and aesthetic treatments!
Required Fees for Enrollment
A one-time enrollment fee is due at the time the contract is signed.
- For ages 0 to 18: $79/person (as of September 1, 2024)
- For ages 19 and up: $125/month (as of September 1, 2024)
Monthly Membership Fees
Age 0 to 18

Age 19 to 64
$119/month
Age 65+
$139/month
Family Membership
Maximum $375/month
Details for Membership & Enrollment
Membership fees will be due on the fifth of every month. The first installment is due upon scheduling your first appointment and we will prorate it for the month.
You can set up automatic payment with a credit/debit card or a bank account routing number. We will also accept cash or check. HSA funds can also be used subject to employer approval.
About Direct Primary Care
The Direct Primary care (DPC) model allows you to be part of a much smaller practice. Imagine same-day or next-day appointments with your physician, with no rush and no extra visit fee. That’s DPC.
